Reunions, they’re both awkward and delighting at the same time. Things get awkward when the nerds became the hot guys while the jocks became the poor and homeless. Remember that girl who wore braces? She’s a super model now and earns more than what you can earn for 5 months! Oh, the cringing moments of reality!
Anyway, even though reunions can make you realize that you wasted your life, reunions can be fun and tear-jerking at the same time. At this event, you get to hang out with your school buddies, have reconciliation with the people who were jerks to you, and maybe do something that can make you feel nostalgic.
However, this reunion was somehow different from what we’ve mentioned earlier. In THIS reunion, the students felt wasted and disappointed without drinking any booze, and yet they felt happy and satisfied without using any anti-hangover concoction.
Take the “case” of Arthur Booth and Miami-Dade Judge Mindy Glazer.
So where did their reunion happened? At a court room hearing.
Where are the booze? Actually, there was no booze at all. It was only Mr. Booth and Judge Glazer.
The scene? Mr. Booth was given his final hearing when his presiding judge, Judge Glazer, asked him if he went to Nautilus during middle school.
*Note – If you’re too emotional and you cry easily, get your tissues ready.
“Oh my goodness” this is the only thing that Mr. Booth could only say as Judge Glazer reminisces everything that happened in middle school.
“This was the nicest kid in middle school. He was the best kid in middle school.”
Yes, he was the best kid. But now, everything changed.
At the end of the video, Judge Glazer wished Mr. Booth good luck.
“I hope you’re able to come out of this OK and just lead a lawful life.” She said to the Mr. Booth, bonded with a set of $43,000 for various charges.
Dammit, that’s why I don’t join reunions! They make me cry!
